        James E. Meyer is Vice Chairman and prior Chief Executive Officer of SiriusXM. Meyer served as Chief Executive Officer from December 2012 through December 2020 and previously served as SiriusXM's President, Operations and Sales.

        Scott Greenstein , , , President and Chief Content Officer

        Scott Greenstein, President and Chief Content Officer, leads SiriusXM’s programming and advertising sales for the largest radio company measured by revenue and one of the largest subscription media companies in the world. Since Scott joined SiriusXM in 2004, the company’s programming lineup has expanded to include more than 175 channels of commercial-free music, sports, news, comedy, talk and entertainment, broadcasting on the company’s satellite platform as well as its online listening service, SiriusXM Internet Radio.

        Prior to SiriusXM, Scott served as Chairman of USA Films, and before that Co-President of October Films.

        Richard Beatty , , , Chief Subscription Revenue Officer

        As Chief Subscription Revenue Officer, SiriusXM, Richard Beatty is responsible for acquiring, retaining, and servicing, SiriusXM's subscribers and their revenue streams. In addition to developing our direct marketing strategies, Richard is responsible for our pricing and packaging architecture. He also oversees our global customer service operations, marketing operations, and our Analytics, Research and Insights group. Richard joined SiriusXM (then Sirius) in 2007 as Senior Director of Finance, and took on roles of increasing responsibility, including five years in acquisition marketing.

        Prior to joining SiriusXM, Richard developed his subscription and direct marketing expertise at Columbia House where he held a variety of financial and analytical roles. Richard has a BS in marketing and finance from NYU, and an MBA in finance from NYU's Stern School of Business.

        Barbara Daniel , , , Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Strategy

        Barbara Daniel has served as Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Strategy since November 2016. Barbara advises the CEO and partners with fellow Executive Committee members to drive the company's overall corporate strategy and is responsible for M&A and strategic investments. She joined SiriusXM in 2012 as Treasurer.

        Before joining SiriusXM, Barbara was the Corporate Treasurer of E*Trade, Chief Financial Officer of private asset manager CIFC and a Media and Telecom investment banker at JPMorgan Chase and Merrill Lynch. Barbara is on the Board of Directors for SiriusXM Canada.

        She has an M.B.A. from Cornell University and a B.A. from The College of William and Mary.

        Patrick L. Donnelly , , , Executive Vice President and General Counsel

        Patrick Donnelly has been the Executive Vice President and General Counsel for SiriusXM since May 1998, managing all of the Company's legal and governmental affairs.

        Pat has broad experience in corporate finance activity and management, having worked for more than 20 years as an in-house counsel and as a practicing attorney.

        Prior to joining SiriusXM, Pat was Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of ITT Corporation, the diversified hotel, gaming and entertainment company that was acquired by Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc.

        Pat began his career as an associate at the New York law firm of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, specializing in merger and acquisitions and securities matters.

        Joe Inzerillo , , , Chief Product & Technology Officer

        Joe Inzerillo is Chief Product & Technology Officer for SiriusXM. Joe sets and leads implementation of SiriusXM’s product roadmap, satellite infrastructure enhancements, and technology vision and strategy to drive innovation and growth across all SiriusXM platforms, and also oversees SiriusXM's Information Technology and Broadcast Infrastructure.

        A renowned media technology trailblazer, Joe previously served as EVP and Chief Technology Officer for The Walt Disney Company’s direct-to-consumer video streaming businesses, including Disney+, ESPN+, and Hulu.

        Prior to that, Joe served as EVP and CTO at BAMTech Media, a Major League Baseball company, until its spin-off and subsequent acquisition by Disney. Joe began his career in 1987 with the Chicago White Sox and also served as CTO of Chicago’s United Center, where he worked on behalf of the Chicago Bulls and Chicago Blackhawks.

        Denise Karkos , , , Chief Marketing Officer

        As CMO of SiriusXM and Pandora, Denise Karkos is responsible for both brands' brand and digital marketing, PR, communications, research and analytics supporting SiriusXM subscription growth and driving Pandora listener growth. She oversees a cohesive marketing strategy to drive brand relevance and consideration through to customer conversion, with a deep focus on digital, social, and mobile marketing.

        Karkos joined SiriusXM from TD Ameritrade, where she was Chief Marketing Officer overseeing brand, advertising, social media, content marketing, corporate communications, marketing analytics, tech, and operations. She was responsible for redefining the spirit of the brand to drive significant growth and led the marketing efforts of the Scottrade acquisition. 

        Karkos was named 2019 CMO of the Year by Ad Age and was honored with a Brand Genius Award by Adweek. Prior to her years at TD Ameritrade and TD Bank, she held several roles with agencies including Hill, Holliday and Digitas.

        Karkos graduated with a BA in Marketing from The University of Notre Dame, where she was the captain of the Notre Dame Women’s Soccer team.

        Rodney Pickett , , , Executive Vice President, Sales and Automotive

        Rodney Pickett serves as SiriusXM’s Executive Vice President, Sales and Automotive. Prior to this role, Rodney served as our Senior Vice President of Automotive Partnerships responsible for more than 20 Automotive Brands together with the responsibility for SiriusXM’s Used Vehicle Business. Rodney has been with SiriusXM for approximately 19 years working within SiriusXM’s Automotive Group. Prior to joining SiriusXM, Rodney held numerous leadership roles with Visteon and Ford Motor Company working a combined 15 plus years with those companies. During this time, Rodney also gained international experience while working for more than five years within one of Ford Motor Company’s manufacturing facilities in Mexico. Rodney has a BSEE Degree from Wayne State University and a MSEE Degree from University of Michigan.

        Sean S. Sullivan , , , Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

        Sean S. Sullivan has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of SiriusXM since October 2020. Mr. Sullivan previously served as EVP and CFO of AMC Networks Inc., a global entertainment company, from June 2011 until October 2020. From September 2010 to June 2011, he was the Chief Corporate Officer of Rainbow Media Holdings LLC, the predecessor of AMC Networks Inc. and then a subsidiary of Cablevision Systems Corp. Prior to that, Mr. Sullivan was Chief Financial Officer of HiT Entertainment, a children's entertainment company. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Acushnet Holdings Corp., a leader in the design, development, manufacturing and distribution of golf products. Mr. Sullivan received an MBA from Columbia University and a BBA from the University of Notre Dame.

        John Trimble , , , Chief Advertising Revenue Officer

        John Trimble serves as the Chief Revenue Officer of Pandora where he is responsible for all advertising revenue, strategic sales marketing, and advertising operations. Pandora's diverse revenue streams tap display, mobile, and audio that reach consumers on their computers, mobile phones, and consumer electronic devices. Pandora’s advertising offerings utilize the super-specific aspects of internet radio: a medium that enables advertisers to reach any type of consumer, anytime, anywhere - based on a multitude of quantifiable data.

        Prior to joining Pandora, John was the EVP of sales at Glam Media where he helped guide the company’s revenue and product expansion. Before that, John was part of the executive team tasked by News Corp. to develop and execute the creation of Fox Interactive Media where he was part of the acquisition team that brought MySpace.com and IGN.com into the Fox Interactive Media fold. He was also responsible for building out all ad marketing and operational functions while overseeing branded sales for MySpace, IGN, Fox Sports.com, and American Idol.com. John has balanced his digital career with quality brands, in the role of Director of Sales for Sports Illustrated.com and with innovative starts ups in his position as Vice President of Sales with Phase2 Media.

        John received his BA from St. Lawrence University. When he is not on the road looking for ad partners, John is evolving his station list to keep relevant with his family of four children. His current Pandora line-up features the Counting Crows, the Dropkick Murphy's, Kanye West, U2, and Jack Johnson.

        Faye Tylee , , , Chief Human Resources Officer

        Faye Tylee, Chief Human Resources Officer at SiriusXM, leads the teams that support the Company’s Human Resources, including Talent Acquisition, Culture and Employee Experience, Total Rewards, HR Business Partners and Employee Relations, Learning and Development, HR People Services and Analytics, as well as the Company's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts, and social impact programs. Faye is responsible for helping to establish SiriusXM’s next generation of leaders, drawing the best talent to the Company, and empowering employees to develop both professionally and personally.

        Faye brings more than 25 years of experience as a global human resources leader. She comes to SiriusXM from Avaya Holdings Corp., where she was Chief Human Resources Officer for a global leader in digital communications software, services and devices. Prior to Avaya, she was the Executive Vice President, Human Resources for Wyndham Worldwide, one of the world's largest hospitality companies, for more than a decade.

        Joe Verbrugge , , , Executive Vice President, Streaming Distribution, and Division President, Connected Vehicle

        Joe Verbrugge leads SiriusXM’s streaming distribution, connected vehicle business, aftermarket product development & retail sales, and has responsibility for the SiriusXM Canada business. Since joining SiriusXM (then XM) in 2004, he has had a variety of executive leadership responsibilities spanning automotive partnerships & marketing, automotive remarketing, Canadian business development and human resources/administration. Prior to joining the Company, he was a consultant with The Dealy Strategy Group LLC where, among other responsibilities, he worked with SiriusXM on satellite procurements & insurance, and business strategy. Joe is on the Board of Directors of SiriusXM Canada.
